My Actifit Report Card: February 19 2019
Hi Steemians,
I am happy to have exceeded 5000 again today. It was busy at work and unusually rainy, so walking outside was limited. But I walked, did squats at my desk and lunge style exercise in the hallways and managed to hit my goals completely inside! So I am happy. My goal for tomorrow is 6000 steps. Dream big I always say! I hope everyone had a productive day!
