It’s a struggle to do it on the weekends, but I managed to get to 10,000 movements. Walking around in a circle at home sure gets boring. 😂🤣😂🤣 At least tomorrow, having to work will help me get to 10,000 by the e d of the work day!

Hi @shaungerow! I'm sure glad you made it to the magical number of 10,000 although by the sounds of it the experience wasn't so magical! lol!

I have to say from professional experience... Adding meaning to our activities is how we add meaning to our lives. It's worth taking a look at goals. Finding out what ignites you and gets your toes on the floor in the mornings is well worth the time and effort.
