Trust me that was a perfect lunch not too heavy and good fats to burn. It was water we needed more of brought one canteen and one in the truck killed it before we got back to camp. Hugs

I was joking about your lunch! I'm sure I would have been very happy to eat it. your hike sounds stunning and very safe...... but yes, water too!!
