Sure is. A few years ago we got 14 inches of snow. It took three days for the plows to catch up and get our street plowed, so we were stuck with no way go anywhere including work.
The streets were a little icy this morning on the drive in and I saw a few cars that had slide in to a snowbank and were stuck.
