Il basa è al 93.4%
Non è ancora del tutto in forma, ma comunque non si fa mancare le domeniche movimentate.

Niente di eccezionale, ma quanto avrei preferito starmene a letto a poltrire tutto il giorno, invece, via coi soliti micro sbattimenti.

Settimana prossima ho deciso di fare il passo di andare a chiedere informazioni alla palestra vicino a casa mia.

Si inizia così, poco per volta!
Con questa incessante pioggia la corsa mi sta sfuggendo di mano.
