Stay safe. It looks like he knows what he is doing, safety gear and all..
A few weeks ago someone was electrocuted do this and died. Please be careful. The tree even caught on fire.

The lines you see are cable and not carrying an electric charge. I would have called the power company if they were. they come out for free and trim trees which might get entangled. That is dangerous for sure.
