My Actifit Report Card: November 12 2018
I got another run in today. This time it was 2.5 miles long. I ran with my daughter and she seemed to enjoy herself as well. I am getting a little frustrated with my right knee. It really doesn’t want to get back to 100%. We’ll see if I can ease into running and get it strengthened up.
It other exercise news I ordered my Apple Watch so I’ll be able to get more accurate exercise results as I think I’m not getting full crew for my run with just the phone.
