In the course of time, the Greek system of education played a vital role in the imparting of the knowledge of healthful living to the population by the teaching of GYMNASTICS to them. This ia to say that gymnastics of anyform is important as it is taught to everyone. I implore to us all that we should not only learn, but practice one form of gymnastics or the order.
