Today's activity is focused on the abdominals. In my process of doing my abdominal routine, i discovered that any activity that is done that puts pressure on the abdominql and doew not inflict pain on other sides of the body can vlbe regarded as an abdominal workout. If it eventually puts pqin on other side of the body, then what you have to do is do stretching exercises that focuses on the pained area of the body.
