My Actifit Report Card: October 6 2024......... Sunday Funday 👣💨🍃🙌👏💯🙏😇 👼💞😴💤☕⛅🎼🎶👌✨🌠

Hello everyone 😻,

Happy Sunday 😊 and a very warm welcome to my report. It's the first Sunday of October and as always a day of gratitude. If you are healthy and fit, you have it all, thank God💯. Many are dying in wars, others are riddled with diseases. It's a crazy world.
Anyways I have had a great day and it's now that time of day to breakdown how it went including the stories that caught my eye 👀. Let's get things rolling right away 💨.
So I had a quick walk around the neighbourhood. Then I got on with the usual house chores including cooking and laundry.
It was quite cloudy ☁️ in the morning and then turned rainy this afternoon. When the rain stopped that's when I set out to visit the area near Buckingham Palace, quite a bit of walking😹. The parks there are massive but I didn't get so far. I was warm and had my umbrella.
Then I got back home just after sunset 🌄 and followed up on some of the trending stories.
So that was my day and now let's look at what has been happening around the world 🌍.
Lebanon still trending as massive Israeli bombardments shook Lebanon last night🙀. The army is still urging civilians to evacuate the area near Dahiyeh surburb.
This as they continue targeting Hezbollah resources.
Meanwhile, Hezbollah Fadi missiles fired from southern Lebanon have hit the port city of Haifa in Israel🙀.
They have been firing rockets 🚀 into Israel even as the Israelis carry out a ground invasion along the border.
Not far off in Gaza,the bloodshed continued. Intense bombardment is going on as Israel launched a major ground offensive on Jabalia🙀.
Tomorrow will mark one year since the airstrikes began😿.
UNICEF estimates that almost all of Gaza's children need mental health support. Of the 41 thousand dead people, 16,899 are children😿.
The remaining ones have been through what no child should go through. Some lost parents, siblings, friends.
Others were blinded, burnt or lost limbs😿. There's no school, hospital and most importantly limited or no food. It's tough being a child in war. A stolen childhood😿.
In Africa, Tunisia trending as votes are counted in today's presidential election. President Kais Saied is eyeing a re-election.
There was a low voter turnout at 28 percent. President Kais has clamped down on most of his rivals and even jailed some, so with no opposition he is expected to win🙀. Democracy indeed🤬.
