My Actifit Report Card: February 15 2024....Throwback Thursday 👣💨🍃🙌👏💯🙏😇👼💞😴💤☕⛅🎼🎶👌✨🌠

Hello everyone 👋,

Happy Thursday 🎉 and a very warm welcome to my world 😊.As always I am so grateful for this day, bang in the middle of February. It's been wonderful stepping it out 💯, now that it's almost bedtime 💤 let's quickly take a look at how my day has been and also share some of the trending stories. As always thank you for reading and let's take it away 💨.
So I started the day with lots of brisk walking around the neighbourhood, today was a little warmer than yesterday which motivated me to keep going. Then I was back indoors for some resting and some of the little household chores here and there. Later in the afternoon I had to get something to cook from the shopping centre. Then back home I squeezed in the usual nap before the evening set in. Next came the slow paced evening walking session enjoying the cool breeze🍃.Throughout the day I have been following up on the trending news, that's next.
Locally, the usual political shenanigans 😹 kept going.
Globally, another horrendous day unfolded in Gaza as Israeli airstrikes kept going with 87 Palestinians killed in last 24 hours😭.
In Khan Younis, Israeli army stormed Nasser hospital ordering people inside to leave🙀. They are suspecting Hamas uses it as a base to carry out operations.
Israel has been accused of using food as a weapon of war. They are provoking a famine in Gaza by blocking aid from going in. People are resorting to animal food and wild weeds as food😿.
The UN has warned of acute malnutrition among young children. This malnutrition will definitely cause irreparable damage as children are still growing🙀.
Elsewhere in Israel, families of captives rallied outside the defence ministry. They are demanding govt to make a deal with Hamas to free the captives. Talks between US, Israel, Egypt and Qatar ended without a breakthrough😿.
Across the pond in the US, the first ever criminal trial of a former US president is set to start next month🙀. Trump will be defending himself against allegations of conducting a hush money cover up.
He allegedly paid naughty actress, Stormy Daniels $130,000 for her to stay quiet😹. Let's wait n see how that goes.
