My Actifit Report Card: July 23 2018
Hello boys and girls of steemit,
It is day 3 of using the fantastic actifit app. Today I did lots of walking and some calisthenic exercises. My muscles feel tense and tight, lets see what tomorrow brings. If you didn't know Actifit is an SMT that rewards fitness activity on the steem blockchain. Check out their main page @actifit
