Was a good day of exercise. Got to go out and walk a 1/2 of a mile twice. Did 8 sets of 15 inclined pushups. Four sets of 20 squats and 2 sets of lunges. Did fairly well at Eating small meals. Lots of Room for improvement but better than yesterday.

Sound slike a pretty good day to me I did good waking yesterday about 13 Miles but no exercise I am real slack when it comes to exercising
It was one of my better days. It's almost becoming a habit to do pushups on the stairs and other exercises on the mid-level landing. Of course its alot easier then level floor push ups but I got to build up to that.
13 miles of walking. That sounds incredible to me.
