밤새 비가 많이 온다는데. 비피해가 없기를.
2018년 7월부터 한달 300,000보 걷기 운동을 계획 했었습니다.
이제까지 계획대로 걷기는 잘했지만 체중 감량은 잘 안되네요.
새로운 수단을 강구해서 체중감량을 다시 시도해야겠네요.
