今天的心情及狀態非常差，回家後便倒頭大睡。在公司內，看著太太相當疲累的樣，十分不開心，因覺得自己給不到舒服的生活，要她陪著忙碌。

心情起跌影響的東西相當多，怎樣做好自己，怎樣改善問題，如何不再走回頭路。

十分需要，的起心肝改變自己。
