Thank you very much for the visit, compliment and comment. I have a goal of doing at least 10,000 steps every day. Falling in rank makes me very sad. And to take many steps, it is a good idea to divide an activity in stages with intervals for rest, this makes it much easier, because the continuous effort stresses the muscles, and with these pauses, not at all.
