My Actifit Report Card: September 20 2018
Hello all,
Today was a substantially more mild day after all the hiking yesterday. I didn't do much besides walk to and from bus stations, and around a street market. However, I did carry two bags and a packback full of groceries about 6 blocks and up two flights of stairs. That was pretty tiring, but it was nice to exert some energy today.
