My Actifit Report Card: July 11 2019

Well didn't do much workout today as I was just sleeping at the home , relaxing.
In the evening went to meet my friend in the park and did just walking for an hour. I was just talking to him as we met after 6 months. Tomorrow will go to visit somewhere with my family.
