Finally got to do my hill sprints. Considering I haven't done them in ages, my time wasn't too bad, I was only a minute off my time from 4 weeks ago. I also ran my usual 3.8kms. I wanted to try it slower to see if I could run for longer... but I still ended up being slower than usual.
