My Actifit Report Card: September 18 2018
I only slept 4 hours, so it was quite hard to get up in the morning, and i had to drink two cup of coffees to work. Then when i finished the morning shift, i went outside to eat and so i had the opportunity to do a walk and get some fresh air. The lunch was light because if i ate too much i would get sleepy and wouldn't be able to do any work today.
