On my half hour lunch break at work, I usually take a nap. It always starts with deep breathing exercises, and they're the best 20-34 (whoops!) minutes of sleep ever.
Hahaha! I'm a deep sleeper as well Nate! I can be out like a light in seconds! I think I operate like a light switch. All the way on or all the way off! I wouldn't dare fall asleep at the gym... I would probably wake up with felt marker drawings on my face! Your either braver or sleepier than I! hahaha! :D
