My Actifit Report Card: September 1 2018
Found this frog in my yard today, I almost stepped on him because he blended in so well.. Good thing I was looking at the ground.. I see all different kind of frogs everywhere, I think its because all of the rain we had this summer.
I just walked my 4 miles with rosko and then did a great workout, but I put my phone down so that didn't count, Oh well.. Atleast I still got past the 10k step mark on the app.. 😎✌

I need to catch up on work and I am lazy again...
I do love photography but I haven't pulled out my Nikon DSLR for months because I was too depressed to do anything like that so all of these pictures were taken with my phone.. But now that you mention it I think I will start taking my camera with me on walks in the morning, I have an awesome backpack to carry it in so I really have no good excuse to not do it.. ;) Thanks for the motivation.
Go be lazy and catch up on your work, its the weekend and you should enjoy yourself..
