My Actifit Report Card: August 14 2018
If you haven't tried @actifit yet you are missing out on earning free cryptos! This is a great app that rewards you for your daily activity. It links to your steemit account and you post a "report card" on the days you want to collect your actifit (AFIT) tokens and will also upvote your post, it's a win win! They only have the app for android right now but should have the ios version in a few weeks so everyone will be able to participate.
My activity: went on a 4 mile walk this morning with Rosko then went for a short run before taking my other dog Loki to the park to play fetch. Between the two dogs I usually get atleast 6 miles of walking in nearly every day. I have been doing it for about two months which definitely has helped my mental state and has also helped me to shed a few pounds. Activity is one of the keys to happiness!
The fog was heavy this morning and that made it easy to see all the spider webs in the tall grass. There were hundreds of them in one area, nature is crazy!
