Thanks for using Actifit fitness tracker.
Please go to the settings in the app, and enable "aggressive background tracking" mode. This improves the tracking for specific devices that have issues in default mode.
For the chinese characters, yes we will release an updated fix for this issue. Sorry for the inconvenience!
