My Actifit Report Card: September 7 2018
Today was also a working day... In addition to one hour of my exercise. The whole day seems to be like as I was exercising. Because today I have to complete an assignment that was about to assemble students of different classes and gave them lecture about some rules of life and morality ways..
This assignment not last at all with a lecture of an hour. Along with this we all do some art work. Whole that project takes time of 5 hours. But I enjoyed it... Because it's make me feel like I was doing something positive for this society,which benefits me more than a yoga exercise
And I am trying to do such positive activities on daily base.
