My Actifit Report Card: January 4 2019
I am not done with my day yet, but, time is almost up to post my fitness tracker results. I walk a lot when I am working. I climb my fair share of stairs as well. I need to remember to bring my phone with me all the time because this is only half of what I have done so far.
