I have a habit of sleeping late, around 1-2 am. Maybe that's why I am not able to wake up early in the morning.
Yes it is main reason
some years before i also sleep late and also wake up late. but now i try my best to sleep before 11pm and wake up before Dawn. and do some sleep / rest after lunch.
