My Actifit Report Card: September 8 2018

Today I actually went for a walk for exercise. I set out in the morning to get my 10,000 steps no matter how long it took. I really wasn't sure what type of time. I was looking at but I got it all done in maybe a little under an hour and a half. Going such a distance at one stretch really text my legs. I don't think I've walked that far in one stretch and probably more than a decade.

if i had any background information, or what it felt like or what area you went across and what ideas or thoughts you had, this would be interesting, otherwise, it's just filler empty "look ma i did something" post.

and an hour and a half walking should be not an exercise.
count of steps is a stupid way to measure anything, and it is imprecise. give me a route a distance and a time and that will tell you something...i can march in place for 10k steps and it's irrelevant.

I have walked 2 hours to and from my work, in rain total of 10.5km, and saw and laughed on all the cars in the traffic jam, because i was actually faster, then i loved the smell of the rain, and i had to deal with my anxiety of discomfort for high humidity sweating cause of the high temperatures, and at the end of the first hour i realized that in a jungle people have it much worse, or the same every day, and they manage to do it without any whyning or turning back, so that motivated me to keep going.
