Oggi giornata veramente pesante, pur non avendo lavorato sono attivato a sera praticamente "rotto", domani farò un post dedicato alla mattinata che ha assunto caratteri tragicomici, nel tardo pomeriggio una bella e lunga camminata del mare, oltre 6.000 passi solo lei, 40 bagnini in andata e 40 bagnini nel ritorno
