今天 和 同事 跑到 大城市 ——大连 去 胡吃海喝 。
自助餐 最 伤人 了，吃 少 了，自己 不 开心 ； 吃多了，自己很难受， 怎么样 都 不 得劲。今天照顾了自己的胃，吃到该停的时候就停，所以，现在整个人状态都还不错的。
