My Actifit Report Card: May 15 2020
I threw a round of disc golf with my son this morning. Neither of us were playing all that well. I ended up winning with a plus eight over par score on eighteen baskets.
The wind was a little bit of an issue but not enough to make that much of a difference. It was fun to be outside in nature never the less.
I also mowed the lawn and did some other yard work. The new Fitbit seems to track the yard work better than the one I had before. I think it gave me around five thousand steps to run the mower and weed wacker. It listed the exercise as an "Outdoor Bike Ride."
The river was looking inviting out on the disc golf course today:
It probably would have felt good to get in the water but luckily nobody threw a disc in the river today.
