Sometimes I fear I won’t get fit... The last two runs felt as if I had legs like lead and though I have this new (and in my view, funny) running leggings.
I'm not sure if my inflamed Achilles‘ tendon is the reason? But I have this problem (with inflammation) for, I guess, over 10 years... so I'm not sure if it’s the reason for my unfitness 🤔
