My Actifit Report Card: November 7 2018
15K today, not low, not high, just okay! 👍
I remember when I first started using this app, and writing these reports, that I thought I would never get over 10K. But this app has helped train me to get in the habit of doing an average of about 15 k a day! I'm thankful for that!
Speaking of average, that's what my day was. And so was my activity. Just a normal day with a lot of walking, especially up and down my stairs which is really good exercise! Add in a little dancing and nice walk outside, and you have a typical day for me.

Talking about my day, exams started and you may have guessed how my days are ;D Today I had I.C.T. and English language exams and yesterday I had the Math test and tomorrow I have th Science test! So I'm running a very tight schedule these days and even now, I'm studying. Anyway, I'll be back here after Wednesday, next week!

indeed this is a motivation for all, actifit is doing a great job. But unfortunately I cannot track my whole activities as I cannot carry my phone all the time.
