My Actifit Report Card: October 3 2018

I haven't been on the leaderboard lately but my new goal is to hit 10K every day! 👍

Okay, goal met for today. 😎

I've been doing my daily activities and dancing around to some new music today. I went on YouTube and found some playlists. I like to do that because then I add the ones that I like on to my playlist. Got to keep finding new music! 🎵💿🎧

I listen to a wide variety of fast music that really gets me moving!

Since you have "silver" in your name, it's possible that you might remember this fast song from 1959. It's "Lipstick on your collar" by Connie Francis. Check out the awesome guitar break at about the minute mark. Play air guitar to that, and air drums to the rest of the song as you dance around, and you will get a big number on @actifit :)

If you like something newer and faster and stranger, here's a band called Baby Metal, with their hit song, Gimme Chocolate!!

This song is very popular, with 93 Million views on YouTube. You can dance to it, as the girls show you in the video. The 2 girls on the sides are 16 and the one in the middle is 18.

Bring up the @actifit app on your phone, and watch this vid with LOUD volume (or muted if you can't stand it) and follow along with the girls and the crowd. Just do that they are doing, or do whatever you feel like doing. It will get you a big number on @actifit :)

10k is still not a bad place to be at. I can hit 17 to 20 easily enough any day I'm working but struggle to get to 5k on my days off so I know where to try a bit harder. If you can do 10k every day it's still impressive.

In my opinion 10k is minimum.
Easily to achieve it when you go for walk out or walking at work .....etc

At work ya but I can be really lazy on my days off. I spent 11 hours of straight exercise at work today with about 26k steps so tomorrow when I'm off will be very lazy.

You've seen in my posts what my secret is, to getting motivated to be active - putting on some music that I love! Maybe it will work for you too. It really gets me energized and makes me move! :)
