My Actifit Report Card: September 5 2018
Nothing special today, just another 10,000 activity points from moving around my house and my office and some random dancing to fast songs that came on my playlist! 😀
I was hoping to be on today's list of top actifitters, but sadly I missed the top 10 and that's as far as they show. But the last person in the tenth position had about 22 thousand so I'm pretty sure I'm on the top 20 list! 👍
I'm thinking of doing a periodical series of fast dance songs on steemit just to talk about the kind of music I like to dance to. And I will be uploading my own posts as I always do. I know that not everybody agrees with a upvoting their own posts but I still use more than 90% of my vote power to vote for all of you. And if I upvote my own posts I'll have a little more steem power to make my votes for you a little more powerful over time. So that's why I do it. 😀

This is great man, epic efforts you put in every day.
There is up and down in life and so does exercises. Make sure not to overuse all your muscle strength or you'll get a fatigue muscles.
After that then come spasm of muscle and the best friend named pain.
In short, don't forget to take a break sometimes because I will be waiting for your next achivement in keeping yourself healthy with actifit. And drink a lot of plain water too.
