My Actifit Report Card: November 11 2019
I know not 5,000 but if I waited to post until I got to work I would probably have over 10,000 steps. But Monday’s are crazy at work so I can’t. I only had 200 steps but I wanted to post. So I got off my lazy butt and went for a run! See how much Actifit motivates me tonight for dinner I made bacon ranch chicken with broccoli lol 
I have downloaded the app on my phone, but haven't really used it yet. Do you use your phone or something else to track your activity?
