Went to work today! We had to stay late and do extra work! What a workout. I can’t even imagine how many calories I burned tonight! What did you guys do? I wish I could go running but sadly I’m still sick.

@kaylinart, I wish that you will be fine soon and will do the running, because when we hold interest towards something and we are not able to do then that gives pain.
And running is an one aspect which makes us so refreshing and in my opinion it's an great natural tool to throw the Negativity.
And yes, most of the people spend their time in work but work is also an Activity because we have to be active.
But yes, due to work many cannot follow the proper Fitness Activities, and Fitness is really important aspect of life.
