Oh sorry to hear about your knee.. I have had some issues to, but they come and go, so I do not pay so much attention to them
I will be looking forward for your update :)
I try to take care of it as much as I can. I have to be careful which shoes I am wearing and all kinds of things. I do exercises to strengthen and aline my knees but have been busy and not doing too much of them. Time to do better self care ...
