My Actifit Report Card: September 6 2018
I have been trying to capture my physical activities all day but I am not used to having my cell phone on my person.
I carry a purse and I usually keep my cell phone in my purse unless I need to make a call, use my camera or check something on the phone.
I don’t have an arm strap for my phone, so I carried it around in my hand for a portion of the day. My Fitbit has recorded 4553 steps for me but I have less than 3,000 with the app.
I’ll have to buy an arm strap for my cell phone to capture my data more accurately.
