So far I have walked around my building twice, then went to lunch with a
friend from grammar school who I haven't seen since something like 1967.
We went to "The Vortex" in an 'artsy' section not too far from here call
"Little 5 Points"

I couldn't believe the prices, and I was glad he was paying.
We did NOT get any of the "Coronary Bypass Burgers"

I walked up from the 1st floor to the 6 floor on the stairs,
this After I had walked down from the 10th floor.

I was gasping for air by the time I got to the 6th coming up
the stairs so I took the elevator the rest of the way
