I completely understand, @free-reign. I used to live in a very damp and gray climate, and I could not handle it at all. When I moved here, I was concerned that I would have the same problems with winter. Instead, I absolutely love it! The intense seasons are amazing to me. I love the snow, and I go out walking in it as much as possible, and there is something so magical when the sun comes out and shines on the snowy landscape.

That said, I would have been totally fine meeting a man from down south where it’s warmer, instead of my husband who is from Minnesota! 😆
