Thursday comes in like a lion - Actifit Report Card: April 9 2020

Today was one of those peculiar days that comes roaring in with bizarre weather and high wind, like an insecure person who knows no other way to try to earn respect.

It took me half an hour to notice that we actually had gotten a snow fall in the night, because I was making coffee and checking email and listening to that blustery howl of the wind. But all of a sudden, once I had settled at my work desk with coffee, I looked out the view window and it was white out there! This was not at all expected because just the morning before I had awakened to a thunder and lightning storm.

Naturally I had to get a few pictures!

Here is Zoey running out and making tracks in the fresh snow to run find squirrels.

My front porch is covered, but because of the wind the porch and chairs were dusted with powder.

Even my citronella candle gathered some pixie dust.

After that we got some hail!

The wind howled all day and the snow flurries came down. I was busy with work, and I didn’t get back outside for some walking until after dinner. But I captured some nice shots of the late day sun.
