It is a great way to have time to relax after work instead of needing to rush around getting things ready every night. We don't do it every week but try to prep for at least 2 weeks of the month.
@jamethiel ah a nice way to end the day. I would do it less but the roasted vegetables I made tend to get old and soggy one week in.

True, we tend to do the meats for the week and then add vegetables separately, making enough for 2 days at a time.
