Leg extensions 3x max w/sissy squats
Upright row shoulders 3x max
Shoulder stand pushups 3x max
I’ve been doing heavy squats lower reps just because it doesn’t hit my CNS especially with the work load I carry. Leg extensions with sissy squats helps to fully train different areas of the quad.
Shoulders I try to keep simple. My favorite exercises for shoulders are just handstand pushups or behind the back press. However, today I’m doing upright rows to loosen them up.
