My Actifit Report Card: November 7 2018
Back • Chest • Biceps • Forearms
Started with:
-Walking Lunges with a barbell 3x16
-Abdominal activation Dragon flags with a pause 8 reps Bruce lee style
Working Supersets:
-Inverted Rows with rings 3x max w/ DB slight incline press max as well (Control on the way down)
-Ring Pushups 3x max w/ Bent over barbell max reps(Shoulder width grip)
Finished with:
-Zottman Curls 3x max
-Concentraded Curls 3 sets max
-Hammer Curls 3 sets max
Light weight for last exercises. Zottman Curls is a great rehab exercise to hit different areas of the arm, look it up!
