My Actifit Report Card: July 1 2019
Here you are when I came home yesterday from center Parcs I was waisted. So I sat down and didn't go up.
But it was nice to do things with family and to not to be allone.
But when I came home it was like I needed so much to rest to overcome all the busyness around me during the weekend and the driving.
The bubbles in the outside pool was nice in the sun just lay down and just sun I the sun with cold water and bubbles once in a while that was great.
Not the oh I need to go and you have to walk 10 minutes to the centre.
