I started using Actifit because of one of your posts. I think it's a great idea and it motivates me to keep my steps up.
I hit my first 30,000 step day this week.
Not going to lie, my feet were a little sore the day after. :-)
WOW! 30,000 Steps? That is so unbelievable! Great job! I'm glad you started using Actifit. It's a fun app to use.
