Yes of course. The pregnant woman is my regular customer. She's dancing almost every week and she's a nurse so I assume she knows what she's doing. Besides I have a "everyone participates with their own risk to the classes" discharge sentence for my customers. And here people can not sue companies just like that, when they should have used common sense.

Pregnant woman can almost do everything that non pregnant people can when exercising and dancing. Just take it a bit easier. Avoid jumping, not train their abs after certain point and not keep their heart rate up too long.

Hope your classes grow, should start a sugar insurgency then people gain weight and want to go dance or get Chippendales for the ladies.

Every pregnancy is different. It's just a general rule that exercising when pregnant is okay as long as the mother feels okay.

Lol i was hiking abd cycling up until about 7.5 to 8 months, then i got heartburn like a mofo!! So eat your words sir!!
