you got to make your heart race

your heart never stops once in your life.
it is growing weaker by the days when you dont exercise it.
and from there everything will go down hill.

i urge you!

to maintain minimal fitness level,

10 minutes of rope skip should not get you wiped out if it does,
then you need to exercise more. 10 mins is bare minimum.

ropeskipping is also. easier on your joints.

but dont let cardio be all the training you do.
you must do bodyweight exercises, if not weighted exercises.

the real question is, could you. lift yourself up from a cliff, should you ever find yourself in the situation.

could you even help someone up if someone would be hanging from the edge?

your fitness level matters

especially in todays society.

you should be ABLE. to do the things you want to do. .

TIPS for rope skipping

you can use the vid to just jump along .
1 contract abs at all times.
2 breath , but dont over do it.
3 dont count how many times you jumped, do it on time limit.
4 keep upright, back straight!
5 RELAX WHEN YOU JUMP
6 if you cant do 10 mins just do 5 and in each session add 30sec to 1 min
till you can do 10. and maybe you can even do 15 if you want
7 dont jump too high.
8 find your rhythm. ,dont do it too fast or too slow, do it as fast so you dont do many mistakes.
9 skip on smooth surface, grass wont work.
10 dont catch a cold if you do it outside.
