get of that damn computer!!
In the last few months I have been spending a lot of time on my computer.
- I am currently unemployed so half the day at least is spent looking for good jobs, writing a themed application letter and adapting my CV.
- looking up interesting crypto articles and blockchain themed news.
- Making regular updates to my site cryptogoodies.com
- preparing a presentation for my exam on Online Marketing and Social Media
- I am taking the lessons on google for analytics to get certified there as well.
- The rest is looking through Steem, reading interesting posts and commenting a bit,
Except for the job applications this is stuff I really enjoy doing and I feel that it gives me a lot of extra knowledge and in this digital age, knowledge gets you ahead since I feel its kind of like currency.
But this also puts me in front of my computer /laptop / smartphone for a lot of hours in the day. My wife is rightfully nagging me to get out more and get some movement in. The last 2 months I had the excuse that I was still recuperating from my broken arm which I got being a snowboard hero. Now that is no longer a valid reason not to do a little more sports. The cast is gone, I have a lot more movement in the wrist even though I still go to physiotherapy once a week. And after the week of detoxing I lost quite a few kilos and now half have already come back to settle themselves comfortably on my belly.
So this is about time to figure out how to work @actifit and start posting some physical exertion maybe combined with some pictures of the amazing Swiss scenery AND make some Steem and actifit tokens in the process. But do not worry, I will aim to post on my alt account @photolander and not spam my main account here with pictures and sport stats.
I guess that in the end those 30 minutes a day minimum will help and I do know that sports are good for you its just getting away from the computer that is harder, you guys here on Steem write so much good stuff... and I still need to check on my @nextcolony... and.....

yea, grabbing that phone after just getting off the PC is really addictive and confusing when you notice yourself doing it

Very interesting, i wish i had time to do at least half of the things you do. I'm a student and I am writing my end of semester exams; a very stressful week it has been and would be.
I just wish i can have a few hours added to my 24 hours for the rest of the things on my schedule.
PS: You have a very interesting blog, you will be seeing me more often :)
everyone has cycles of stress and then quieter times, especially as a student...
I just try to do as much as possible but sometimes just do nothing either

Through affiliate links (it’s not a lot though) buthopefully a bit more of those when the site matures

Google and media.net didn't approve my request for their ads and the rest I have tested was just shit and fake. How can I use that affiliate
whats your site? I just have affiliate links for the websites I write about. so I have a link for Binance, Bitpanda, bitmex, steem-ninja, all the steem games and every time someone signs up through the links I get a little commission

It doesn't sound like yr wasting yr time on yr computer at least.
Good to get out more though at least. I use an alt for my actifit posts - it can feel a little spammy sometimes.
